IMCA Grades

IMCA, the International Marine Contractors Association have specified grades for positions throughout the international offshore industry.

Any individuals working in the UK in the majority of these grades can undertake a MTCS Grade Assessment (GA) if they are looking to work towards their next job role, a process which requires them to be assessed on their competencies in the workplace.

For UK personnel seeking an independent and globally recognised competence certificate for the job role they are currently doing, they can complete an Individual Competence Assessment (ICA) in order to gain an MTCS Certificate of Competence.
